Scope of Work
Commercial Scope of Work
◦ Full interior: Dusting/wipe down of all ceilings, walls, trim, baseboards, doors, hinges, window sills, light fixtures, all hard surfaces, electrical plates, vent covers, facility equipment
◦ Bathrooms: Full cleaning of bathrooms including minor leftover residues left on tiles, inside and out of all cupboards and drawers, polishing of any glass, faucets, mirrors, and light fixtures.
◦ Breakroom/Kitchen: Full kitchen cleaning including wipe down of all cupboards and drawers inside and out, polishing of exterior on all appliances (interior used appliances can be cleaned at an additional charge), faucets, and cleaning of all hard surfaces
◦ Flooring: Dust/mop/vacuum of all flooring, including stairs
◦ Storage Closet: Dusting/wipe down of all shelving and doors
◦ Windows: Cleaning of interior tracks and frames of windows as well as glass cleaning
◦ Exterior Entryways: Exterior threshold, fixtures, and exterior door
Exterior: Debris pick up and site removal. Pressure Washing & exterior window cleaning
Residential Scope of Work

◦ Bathrooms: Full cleaning of bathrooms including minor leftover residues left on tiles, inside and out of all cupboards and drawers, polishing of any glass, faucets, mirrors, and light fixtures.
◦ Kitchen: Full kitchen cleaning including wipe down of all cupboards and drawers inside and out, polishing of exterior on all appliances, faucets, glass, and cleaning of all other surfaces.
◦ Laundry room: Dusting/wipe down inside and out of machines cleaning of sinks, counters, shelves, hanging racks, etc.
◦ Flooring: Dust/mop/vacuum of all flooring, including stairs
◦ Closets: Dusting/wipe down of all shelving and doors
◦ Windows: Cleaning of interior tracks and frames of windows
◦ Exterior Entryways: Exterior threshold, fixtures, and exterior door
